Our AI Training and Communication offerings are motivated by the question how companies can understand, anticipate, and mitigate major challenges when using AI systems. We enable individuals and teams to step outside of their version of ‘normal’, suspend judgement, and consider the AI ecosystem from perspectives other than just the purely technical domain.

Depending on your needs, we offer half-day or full-day workshops for usually up to 25 people. Each workshop is adapted to your specific needs (e.g. business environment and previous knowledge). Our trainings aim at e.g. raising awarness for AI related risks or developing practical solutions and next steps that benefit you directly in building an Infrastructure of Trust for AI.

Communicating AI

We support you in developing communication approache to explain your AI system to employees, customers and clients.

Explaining an AI to third parties, that might not have the same technical understanding, might be challenging. However, research has shown that understanding an AI is key to its acceptance and hence for it to be used.

We work with your communication team to develop approaches to explain your AI systems to customers and clients. For this, we leverage lastest academic research and tailor the communication to the individual needs of you and your customers and clients.
